Here is a glimpse into my world—from the intensity of advanced asanas to the quiet stillness of pranayama. This is where physical strength meets mental clarity.

This is what it feels like to be truly alive and connected. Practicing Eka Pada Koundinyasana by the Ganga in Rishikesh reminds me that our strength comes from within, and it is magnified when we are in harmony with nature. This is the peace and power I want to help you find.

Personal guidance is key to unlocking your potential. Here, I am assisting a student to safely deepen her Rajakapotasana (King Pigeon Pose). My focus is always on your alignment and breath, ensuring you progress in your practice without injury.

There is a special energy when we practice Pranayama together in the open air. This large outdoor session shows our community breathing as one, connecting with nature and detoxifying not just the body, but the mind as well.

Our studio is a circle of trust and shared energy. Here, we practice seated forward bends together, supporting and motivating each other. This is more than a class; it is a community where everyone belongs.

Yoga is for every body. Using props like a chair, I can help you access poses like this supported backbend, making them safe and effective regardless of your flexibility or age. My goal is to adapt the practice to you, not the other way around.

"शांति: सर्वदा सुंदर: भवति" (Peace is always beautiful). The gentle hum of Bhramari Pranayama, or Bee Breath, instantly calms the mind. This is a practice we often incorporate to release stress and find a moment of complete stillness.

Achieving an advanced pose like Natarajasana (Lord of the Dance Pose) is a journey of patience. With personalized instruction, I guide students to find their balance and express the grace of the pose, ensuring they feel supported every step of the way.

Yoga is also about finding joy and connection. Creating fun shapes together like in this group pose builds trust and brings laughter to our practice. It reminds us not to take ourselves too seriously.

About Featured

Yoga is not just about the final pose you see in these images; it is about the journey of getting there. In my studio, we don't rush for perfection. We use props like straps, blocks, and chairs to safely align the body, ensuring that whether you are a beginner or looking to master an inversion, you feel supported and secure in every stretch.
