Monthly Group Studio Access
Schedule & Access
- Frequency: 3 sessions per week (Low Range) to 6 days per week (High Range).
- Duration: 60 minutes per session.
- Batches: Morning and evening slots available within the 6 AM to 8 PM window.
Class Styles & Equipment
- Core Styles: Power Yoga (strength), Hatha Yoga (alignment), and Ashtanga Flow.
- Aerial Yoga: Uses ceiling suspended silk hammocks for inversions.
- Wheel Yoga: Usage of Yoga Wheels for deep backbends and core stability.
- Wall Rope Yoga: Iyengar style ropes used for deep stretching and alignment.
Studio Experience
- Infrastructure: Shared studio space with functional EVA interlocking mats.
- Instruction: Verbal cueing and hands on adjustments by certified instructors.
- Protocol: Includes mantra chanting at start/end; strict punctuality rules.

- Format: Private coaching with a dedicated Senior Instructor or Acharya.
- Time: 60 to 75 minutes depending on intensity.
- Venue: Conducted at the academy using all props or at client home (subject to availability).

Why I Teach Yoga
I started teaching yoga after seeing how much stress and illness was around me in my village. My inner voice kept telling me - do seva (service) and help others find peace. I’m here to help you feel lighter, calmer, and more connected through yoga.

My Teaching Style
I give lots of personal guidance and hands-on help. Props like blocks, wheels, straps - sab dost hain (these are all friends), not just for beginners. Every class has breathwork and meditation, so you leave calmer than you came.
Safety First
I keep a close eye on everyone’s form. If a posture isn’t good for your body, I’ll tell you. You can always go at your own pace - koi sharam nahi (no shame).

My Story
Pranam, Namaskar. Hum Arya Power Yoga Academy. Haryana ke ek chhote gaon se safar shuru hua, par asli yoga ki yatra tab shuru hui jab parivaar ko zarurat thi. Bombay ki bhaag-daud aur tanaav ne samjhaya ki yog hi raasta hai. Humne Swami Sivananda ke ashram, Mysore aur kai sansthano se yoga seekha. Ab, humara maksad hai ki har kisi tak yog ki seva pohcha sakein, bina kisi polish ke, asli zindagi ke saath.

Saans pe dhyaan - Box breathing technique aur simple shwaas ki vidhiyaan sikhate hain, stress turant kam hota hai.
Asli yog ka safar - Asanas hi nahi, 8 limbs of yoga ko jeene ki koshish. Strength aur flexibility, dono pe kaam karte hain.
