My Approach
Yoga for me is more than stretching - it’s a way to heal, sort out your mind, and build real inner strength. I use yoga to tackle what’s bothering you, whether it’s physical pain or stress. Hum ek-ek part pe dhyan dete hain, jo problem hai usko address karte hain (We focus on every part, whatever your issue is, we work on that). I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all, because everyone’s body and mind are different.
Who Can Join
I train complete beginners, advanced yogis, fellow teachers, and even kids. If you want a customized yoga program or just want to try something new, you’ll find my personal approach fits you wherever you’re at.

The Practice
We mix Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, and Power Yoga, but it’s always built around your needs. I pay extra attention to alignment and use props if you need. Most students tell me they feel real change - honestly, jo bhi hota hai, yoga ki wajah se hota hai (whatever happens, it’s because of yoga).

My Story
Namaskar, I'm Rahul. Yoga for me? Not just finding yourself, it’s about making yourself, little by little. Once, a student told me she’d lost hope after hospitals didn’t work, but yoga felt like magic. Merako hope nahi tha (I didn’t have hope), she said. Giving that hope back – that’s what matters. At Aryan Yogshala, I also do community stuff, like talking to young girls about menstrual health. Yoga is for sabko (everyone). I’m just here to guide.
