About Outdoor Yoga & Nature Retreats

Outdoor practice shifts your energy immediately because you are grounded by the earth rather than a gym floor. In our Mayur Vihar park sessions, we do not just hold poses. We use the breeze and the open space to deepen our Pranayama. It is a completely different energy than practicing indoors, and it helps your mind truly let go of daily stress.

When we step out of the studio, the limitations of walls disappear. My park sessions in Mayur Vihar are designed to shift your focus from physical performance to energetic alignment. You are not just stretching. You are syncing your breath with the environment. This is where you really learn what 'Swasth se Swasthata ki aur' (from health to true wellness) means.

Our nature retreats take this further. Whether it is a weekend getaway or a simple Sunday park gathering, the goal remains the same: Atma Deepo Bhava (be your own light). We practice Hatha and Vinyasa flows, but the open environment allows us to experiment with poses that need more space, like expansive backbends or group partner yoga.

Expect to feel a difference in your breathwork. Practicing Anulom Vilom or Bhramari in fresh air clears your lungs and mind far more effectively than any climate-controlled room. If you are a beginner, the open space reduces the pressure to look perfect. You are free to move, fall, and get back up. My sessions are open to everyone, whether you are looking for back pain relief or just want a break from the screen.
