Beyond the Mat: Our Workshop Vibe
At Namaste Yoga Classes, I genuinely believe yoga is for every woman. My workshops are where we take things up a notch - thoda mat pe masti (some fun on the mat), deeper dives, and lots of energy. Here, it’s all about having fun, challenging your body, and connecting with others. Honestly, the vibe is always next-level - sometimes loud, sometimes calm, always supportive.
What’s Special Here
- Aerial yoga for women is a huge hit. We use silk hammocks to float, flip, and stretch - even beginners are welcome! Sometimes we mix in pilates rings, props, or meditation for something different.
- Prenatal yoga workshops are close to my heart. These focus on gentle flows, breathwork, and a calm space for you and your baby - with a touch of garbhasanskar.
- Chair yoga for beginners keeps things super accessible. If mobility is an issue, or you want something simple, this is for you.
- Yoga dance sessions and festival specials (Navratri, Holi) let you move with joy and leave stress behind.
- Partner yoga and mandala flows are all about teamwork and community - great if you want to bring a friend or meet someone new.

My Story
Namaste, I’m Amisha. Started Namaste Yoga Classes with just a few women and a big dream, twelve years back. Borrowed halls, lots of laughs, some tears too. My own mummy-in-law is a regular here! We’re all about ‘stri shakti’ (women power) - a space where women lift each other up. It’s not just yoga, it’s family, it’s dance, it’s wild retreats, it’s life. Still feels magical, every single day.
