Workout Style

About Women's Group Yoga & Fitness
Why I Started This Space
I wanted a place where women could just show up, no judgment, no pressure to be perfect. Here, we celebrate स्त्री शक्ति (women’s strength) in all shapes and moods. Started out with a few mats and now, it’s a full-on sisterhood - my mother-in-law is a regular too.
What to Expect in Our Classes
- Every session mixes traditional yoga with modern women’s fitness. No two weeks feel the same.
- We do all the classic flows - Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation) for energy, Chandra Namaskar (Moon Salutation) to unwind.
- Power yoga gets a twist with props like dumbbells, bands, gym balls, and wheels. It’s a proper full-body workout, not just stretching.
- Our Yoga Dance sessions are pure masti (play) - think group yoga with Bollywood music, sometimes even Garba during Navratri. You can laugh, move, and just be yourself.
- We always end with pranayama, meditation, and a long Shavasana (rest pose) because mental peace matters as much as strong abs.
- Seen women feel better with PCOS, anxiety, and sleep, just by being consistent.
Who Joins
Women of all ages and backgrounds. Some love the fitness, some come for the calm, some just want to dance. If you want female-led yoga sessions that are fun, real, and supportive - this is your tribe.

My Story
Namaste, I’m Amisha. Started Namaste Yoga Classes with just a few women and a big dream, twelve years back. Borrowed halls, lots of laughs, some tears too. My own mummy-in-law is a regular here! We’re all about ‘stri shakti’ (women power) - a space where women lift each other up. It’s not just yoga, it’s family, it’s dance, it’s wild retreats, it’s life. Still feels magical, every single day.
