Why Our Community Matters

We aren't a big, impersonal gym where you get lost in the crowd. Our studio in Khar West is kept as a safe, ladies-only space. When you read what our yoginis say, you'll notice a common theme: they come for the yoga but stay for the support system. Whether it is a mom finding relief during her pregnancy, a professional managing daily anxiety, or someone rediscovering movement through our yoga dance sessions, our classes are designed to be practical solutions for real life.

What to Expect

• Small Batches: We keep groups small (approx 6-8 for prenatal, 15-20 for general flow) so you get the attention you actually need.
• No Judgement: You will see women of all ages and fitness levels here. We encourage you to show up as you are—whether you are tired, happy, or just looking to disconnect from your phone.
• Holistic Approach: From aerial silk inversions to simple chair yoga, we use props to help you progress safely.

If you are nervous about starting, please know that we have all been there. My mother-in-law practices with us, and many of our students join because a friend or family member recommended it.
