Namaste Yoga is more than just a class; it is a community where we lift each other up. From our energetic International Yoga Day gatherings to our soulful partner flows, come experience what it means to practice with family.

Double the mats, double the fun. Partner yoga isn't just about the poses; it’s about trust, connection, and syncing your breath with someone else’s energy.

What’s better than yoga? Yoga with your favorite human. Our Partner Yoga session at the International Yoga Day celebration was all about trust, balance, and bonding.

One day to go. The countdown to our biggest event of the year, International Yoga Day. The mats are ready, the vibe is set, and the energy is already in the air.

Three days away from the biggest yoga high of the year. The countdown is on for our International Yoga Day celebration, a day to breathe, bend, and celebrate unity.

Five days until we breathe, move, and unite for our grand International Yoga Day event. This is a day to celebrate the power of coming together on the mat.

A throwback to the energy, smiles, and soulful breaths from last year's International Yoga Day. We’re bringing it all back, bigger and bolder this year.

One morning, infinite memories. Looking back at the magic that happens when our community breathes and moves together at our International Yoga Day celebration.

Great teachers don't just teach poses; they hold space, share energy, and guide with heart. This is a tribute to the mentors who inspire transformation, on and off the mat.

Meet the hearts and souls behind Namaste Yoga Classes. My dream team of instructors brings unique energy and a shared love for movement, mindfulness, and community.

Let's be honest, Shavasana is the best part of yoga. A little meme from our International Yoga Day event, because we all look forward to that final, peaceful rest.

About Our Community: Events, Partners & Team

If you are tired of the lonely gym routine, our Partner Yoga sessions are a game-changer. We focus on non-competitive movement where you are paired up to sync breath and balance, often leading to unexpected laughter and genuine connections that last long after you roll up your mat.

More Than Just A Class

At Namaste Yoga Classes, we believe that yoga is best enjoyed together. Our studio in Khar West is not just a place to hold a pose; it is a space for connection, support, and collective growth. Whether you are a beginner or a regular, our community events are designed to help you step out of your shell and find your tribe.

Why Our Community Events Matter

We know that showing up can be the hardest part of any wellness journey. That is why we host events that blend fitness with celebration. From our high-energy Bollywood yoga fusion sessions to our mindful International Yoga Day gatherings at Bal Gandharva Rang Mandir, these events are about creating memories, not just burning calories.

We focus on:

  • Partner Yoga & Bonding: Exercises that build trust and communication while working on flexibility and core strength.
  • Festive Flows: We celebrate Holi, Navratri, and Diwali with themed workshops that keep the vibe light and joyful.
  • Supportive Environment: We are a 100% ladies-only space, which means no judgment and no pressure—just a room full of women cheering each other on.

The Hearts Behind The Mats

Our instructors aren't just here to teach; they are here to mentor. Each team member brings their own unique energy to the studio, but we all share the same goal: making yoga accessible and fun. When you join our community, you aren't just getting an instructor; you are getting a team that cares about your progress, your PCOS health goals, and your mental peace.

Come by for a session. Meet the team, grab a mat, and see why we call ourselves a family.

Namaste Yoga Classes

I started Namaste Yoga twelve years ago in a borrowed hall because I wanted a space where women could feel safe, strong, and seen. Today, my mummy-in-law is a regular in class, and my team of instructors feels like family—just like all the women who walk through our doors. It is not about perfection, it is about showing up and finding your balance together.
