Topic Variants (Select One)
- Cleansing (Shuddhi Kriya): Covers Jalneti (nasal wash), Sutra Neti (rubber catheter), Tratak (candle gazing), and Kapalabhati variations. Includes lukewarm saline water.
- Women's Health: Focuses on pelvic floor strengthening, therapeutic asanas for PCOD/Menopause, and hormonal health Q&A.
Facilities
- Props: Usage of yoga bricks, bolsters, and straps.
- Environment: Clean, tiled studio space with natural light (Non-AC).
Multi-Day Skill Mastery Course
Course Schedule
- Duration: Fixed commitment of 10 to 12 sessions spread over 2 to 4 weeks (e.g., Mon-Wed-Fri or 10 consecutive days).
- Intensity: 75 minutes of intense practice per session.
- Goal: Progressive syllabus targeting a peak posture (Hanumanasana/Splits) or symptom relief (Therapy).
Technical Training
- Rope Wall (Kurunta Yoga): Extensive use of wall ropes for spinal traction and deep opening.
- Adjustments: Instructor provides hands-on physical spotting to push past physical barriers safely.
- Conditioning: Strength-building drills required to hold advanced poses actively.

Shraddha and I bring our experience to each session. We focus on real problems and real progress.
- Women's Health Yoga Sessions (with Shraddha): She’s got years of working with women on issues like PCOD, menopause, pelvic floor, and menstrual health. You’ll learn how yoga helps with these, why certain moves matter, and how to listen to your body.
- Yogic Cleansing Techniques: I teach Shuddhi Kriyas for folks dealing with city pollution, allergies, and stress. Stuff like Jalneti, Sutra Neti, Kapalabhati, and Tratak. These are strong techniques - not for DIY at home. Safety is priority; you’ll learn the right way.
- Pranayama Intensives & Asana Focus: We dive into breathwork with things like kumbhaka to help with anxiety and mind-body balance. For those wanting to challenge themselves, we do specific asana workshops - think splits, hip mobility, intense backbends, using props or working with a partner.

There’s a saying: Kriyeva Karanam Siddhe - only practice brings results. This is not about ego or showing off. It’s about showing up, doing the work, and getting better than yesterday. Bas practice karte raho. (Just keep practicing.)

Mountains, rivers, forts - I do inversions anywhere, crazy solo treks too. गड किल्ले एकांतात पाहणे, that’s magic (seeing forts alone, unforgettable). Bow my head to Shiv Shambhu, always.
