Why I Host These Workshops

Yoga is more than just poses for me. It's about freeing yourself from the stuff that holds you back - in your body, in your mind. These workshops are for anyone who wants to go deeper than regular classes. They’re not for ticking a box or just doing asanas, but for understanding what’s really happening inside.

What You’ll Find Here

Shraddha and I bring our experience to each session. We focus on real problems and real progress.

  • Women's Health Yoga Sessions (with Shraddha): She’s got years of working with women on issues like PCOD, menopause, pelvic floor, and menstrual health. You’ll learn how yoga helps with these, why certain moves matter, and how to listen to your body.
  • Yogic Cleansing Techniques: I teach Shuddhi Kriyas for folks dealing with city pollution, allergies, and stress. Stuff like Jalneti, Sutra Neti, Kapalabhati, and Tratak. These are strong techniques - not for DIY at home. Safety is priority; you’ll learn the right way.
  • Pranayama Intensives & Asana Focus: We dive into breathwork with things like kumbhaka to help with anxiety and mind-body balance. For those wanting to challenge themselves, we do specific asana workshops - think splits, hip mobility, intense backbends, using props or working with a partner.

My Philosophy

There’s a saying: Kriyeva Karanam Siddhe - only practice brings results. This is not about ego or showing off. It’s about showing up, doing the work, and getting better than yesterday. Bas practice karte raho. (Just keep practicing.)

My Story

12 years back, I left drugs, started from zero. Now, fear’s gone - I just live. Yoga’s my life, not just a mat thing. Mountains, rivers, forts - I do inversions anywhere, crazy solo treks too. गड किल्ले एकांतात पाहणे, that’s magic (seeing forts alone, unforgettable). Bow my head to Shiv Shambhu, always. Want to laugh, dance, love myself, no regrets. If today’s last day, I’ll say - kya zindagi thi yaar, I love you God. Grateful for everyone in this mad ride.

My Work

Yoga Classes for All - We teach Ashtanga, Hatha, Vinyasa, Iyengar props yoga, yoga therapy, pregnancy yoga sessions, kids batches, pranayama and meditation. Online and offline.

Step-by-step, No Rushing - I focus on technique, alignment, and the science behind every move. Do it right or don’t do it.

Beyond Just Asanas - Fat loss, fitness, sure, but real thing is mind-body stability. We include pranayama and Shuddhi Kriyas for full yogic experience.

Injury? Fear? Face It - Been injured, kept going. We work on flexibility and strength, so you heal and grow. Do what scares you.
