I run workshops where you learn handstands, backbends, hip openings, and alignment with props and direct help, so you can go deeper into yoga than regular classes.

About Specialized Workshops
What These Workshops Are About
I run workshops for people who want to go past the usual yoga class and really dig into their practice. These sessions are for anyone - from those just starting to play with handstands to teachers searching for new ways to guide students. My vibe is: be calm and kar kaam (just do your work).
What We Work On
- Inversions and arm balance training: Handstands, Crow, Headstands, using props and walls so you can try without freaking out.
- Backbends: Chakrasana, drop backs, using wheels and blocks to open up the spine properly.
- Hip openings: Not just splits, but drills and asanas to actually free up those stubborn hips.
- Posture alignment workshop: We get deep into how your body, breath, and mind meet in each pose.
- Yoga mentorship program: For students and teachers wanting to polish technique, understand strong Hatha basics, and explore Svadhyaya (self-study).
How I Teach
My four pillars are Mobility, Flexibility, Strength, and Awareness. I break things down so you don’t feel lost. Props are everywhere - blocks, chairs, whatever helps you learn safely. In the studio, I’ll give hands-on help. Online, you get live sessions with time to practice and ask questions.
My Thoughts
Some days you’ll feel strong, some days like a potato. Bas, keep showing up - chalo, hardwork karte rahena hey (just keep working hard). I’m not here to be perfect, just happy with my practice. If you’re keen to go deeper, come join me.

My Story
Used to be that shy guy in school, always sitting in the corner, avoiding photos because of my teeth and hair. Money was tight, so I trekked from Santacruz to Versova, hustling through odd jobs - newspaper boy, waiter, delivery guy, whatever came my way. Yoga pulled me out of all that. Now, I’ve got a community, confidence, and a weirdly strong bond with Bappa. Every visarjan, I let the tears go in the sea and tell him, 'You’re there, so I’m sorted.' Still get a bit of stage fear, but it’s all part of the journey, na?
My Work
Yoga Classes Online & Offline - I teach Hatha, Ashtanga Vinyasa, and run strength training camps from my Mumbai shala.
Abhyasa & Sadhana Batches - Beginners, intermediates, and yoga teachers all welcome. I’ll guide you to the right batch.
Progressive Teaching Style - We build up slowly, use props like belts and chairs, and focus on alignment and foundations.
Community Vibe - Less talk, more practice. It’s about being a happy practitioner, not a perfect one.
What You Need - For strength training, bring 3kg & 5kg dumbbells. For yoga, just your mat and dedication.
