I started Namaste Yoga Classes to be a space just for women - where you can come, breathe, and feel at home. For me, yoga isn’t just about poses, it’s about embracing your own स्त्री शक्ति (women power). You show up tired, you leave lighter. No judgement, no pressure to be perfect.
How Therapeutic Yoga Works Here
Therapeutic yoga, the way I teach, is about healing you from the inside out. We mix simple asanas, pranayama, and meditation - not fancy, just real. You won’t need to be super flexible or know big names. We make routines you can practice even in your bedroom.
What We Focus On
- Yoga for PCOS relief: We work on reducing stress, balancing hormones naturally, and boosting circulation. PCOS is tough, but small changes help.
- Yoga for uterine wellness: Gentle, targeted movements soothe pelvic tension and fibroid discomfort. We focus on improving blood flow and feeling better overall.
- Digestion and mind: Poses to calm acidity, bloating, and your nerves. Stress hits the stomach first, so we keep things chill.
- Hormonal balance yoga: Menstrual comfort, thyroid support, and breast health get attention too.

My Story
Namaste, I’m Amisha. Started Namaste Yoga Classes with just a few women and a big dream, twelve years back. Borrowed halls, lots of laughs, some tears too. My own mummy-in-law is a regular here! We’re all about ‘stri shakti’ (women power) - a space where women lift each other up. It’s not just yoga, it’s family, it’s dance, it’s wild retreats, it’s life. Still feels magical, every single day.
