Yoga for Every Phase

Women’s bodies keep changing - hormones, monthly pain, mood swings, menopause, even pregnancy. I've shaped my practice for real life, not Instagram-perfect poses.

  • Hormonal balance yoga: If you’ve got PCOS, irregular periods, or infertility worries, we work on balancing your system naturally.
  • Yoga for menstrual health: Cramps, body pain, irregular cycles - we tackle it head-on.
  • Menopause symptoms? We use yoga to ease joint pain, hot flashes, and mood swings.

How We Practice

My Yogasadhana mixes old-school tradition with modern props. Blocks, chairs, even ropes - sab kuch chalta hai (everything goes). You get support where you need it, so every asana fits your body. No forcing, no showing off.

Pregnancy & Beyond

I’ve been guiding prenatal yoga practice for 15+ years. Safe moves after your first trimester, focusing on a strong body for labor and a deeper bond with your baby.

My Story

Hi, I’m Kavita. Yogasadhana is not just my job, it’s my ‘sukoon’ (peace). I started young, watching my mom breathe through her practice. Later, yoga helped me through my own struggles - nothing came easy, but the change was real. Jab aap akele kharab samay nikaal lete ho, strength aa jaati hai (you get strong when you survive tough times alone). Now, after 12+ years teaching, I just want to share that steel-within feeling with others. Yoga is my way to celebrate life.

My Work

Yoga & Dance Classes - I teach group yoga classes online, personal tuitions, prenatal yoga for PCOD, kids yoga, therapy yoga for diabetes, face yoga, and fun Zumba/Bollywood sessions.

How Classes Work - First month is all about understanding asanas. Results? Start showing up after you stick with it, second and third month. Consistency is everything.

Who Should Join - Everyone’s welcome. Kids, seniors, beginners, women with menopause, PCOD or pregnancy. We’ve seen real results for diabetes and thyroid folks.

Teaching Style - I’m hands-on. Props like chairs, wheels, blocks help you nail the technique. Certified, 15+ years, and community-focused.

Ayurvedic Hair Oil - My homemade Ayurvedic hair oil for dandruff and hair fall - made with 34 herbs, started for my own hair, now shared with you.
