No mat? No excuse. This chair yoga routine brings movement to you wherever you are, whether at a desk or at home. We practice gentle stretches and mudras to release tension and reset your body.

Struggling with knee pain? These simple exercises can be done from the comfort of your bed. Using a headrest for support, we practice variations of Tree Pose and Butterfly Pose to gently strengthen the legs and release tightness.

You don't need a gym to stay fit. Here, we use simple household items like a chair and napkins to support our stretching routine. This chair-based workout helps improve flexibility, posture, and balance.

You don't need a fancy studio or even a yoga mat to get started. My chair-based routines are specifically designed to help you release office-day stiffness or manage joint discomfort right from your living room or workplace. We focus on small, effective movements—like neck releases, seated twists, and gentle stretches—that fit into your busy schedule without demanding an hour of your time.
