At Body Temple Yoga Studio, I treat every body like a temple. For me, yoga is about more than just poses - it’s about real balance and self-awareness. I keep it honest: everyone’s progress looks different, and patience is key.
I say “Ruko” (Hold) a lot! I focus on getting each posture right, using props like ropes, chairs, and blocks. You’ll feel supported, even if it means taking things slow. Thoda time toh lagega (it’ll take some time), but that’s normal. We build strength and flexibility step by step, together.
Classes go deeper than asanas. We work on pranayama (breathwork), cleansing kriyas, and simple meditation like Trataka for mental clarity.

My Work
Yoga for Everyone - We offer Ashtanga, Hatha, Iyengar yoga with props, Vinyasa, Power Yoga, Medical Yoga for orthopedic issues, group and personal classes, plus online sessions.
Teaching Style - Alignment is key here. We use ropes, blocks, chairs, all that Iyengar stuff. Thoda time lagega (it takes time), but you’ll feel the difference.
Who Can Join - Beginners, advanced, pregnancy yoga (Garbh Sanskar), kids yoga, and anyone with health concerns. Totally inclusive space.
Holistic Wellness - We go beyond asanas - pranayam, sound healing meditation, and our dietician helps with nutrition.
