Aerial Yoga Membership

- Access to 8-12 guided sessions per month (approx. 2-3 times weekly).
- Includes full usage of rigged studio-grade aerial silk hammocks.
Technique Focus
- Anti-gravity inversions designed to decompress the spine and alleviate back pain.
- Instability training utilizing the hammock to engage deep core muscles.
- Progressive skill training from beginner cocoons to advanced drops.
Supervision
- Hands-on spotting assistance from instructors for safe entry and exit from inverts.
- Low student-teacher ratio to ensure safety during aerial maneuvers.
Kids Yoga & Fitness Program

What We Offer
- Mat Yoga: All about the basics, alignment, and breath. We use props like blocks, straps, and wheels to help you get deeper or steadier in poses.
- Aerial yoga classes: Ever tried yoga in hammocks? It looks wild, but it’s fun, safe, and you’ll feel lighter physically and mentally.
- Partner yoga sessions: Sometimes we pair up to build trust, get a good laugh, and help each other stretch further.
- Yoga for beginners and kids: Everyone starts somewhere, and honestly, the little ones love it.
Breathwork & Calm
We’re big fans of pranayama breathing techniques. Bhramari Pranayama (the buzzing bee breath) is a favorite - it chills you out, clears your head, and even helps you sleep better.

My Story
We’re Coreflex, not your typical fitness studio. It’s small, feels like home, and you’ll catch us saying: yeh yoga ka class nahi, safar hai… apne aap tak! (This isn’t a class, it’s a journey to yourself!) Here, movement’s our therapy. Some days you’ll groan through the burn, other days you’ll laugh and fall over, but we’re all in it together. It’s about the glow, the reset, and finding strength in stillness. Welcome to our tribe.
