We don't just hold poses; we use props like foam blocks and straps to make sure your alignment is safe and your progress is real. Even if you're feeling stiff or intimidated, we’ll meet you exactly where you are—no competitive vibes, just genuine support as you learn to breathe through the burn.
At CoreFlex, our mat yoga sessions are designed to be more than just a workout—it’s a reset button for your body and mind. We blend Hatha and Vinyasa styles to give you a practice that challenges your core strength while calming your nervous system. You won't find a room full of 50 people here; we keep our batches small (max 12 students) to ensure you get actual form correction.
We rely on prop-assisted flows. If you can’t reach your toes, we use straps. If you need stability in a balance pose, we use blocks. Our focus is on the Bhramari Pranayama breathwork to help reduce stress, which is perfect for our city-dwelling members looking to disconnect after a long day. Whether you’re nursing an injury or looking to get deep into a stretch, we modify everything. It’s not about being the most flexible person in the room—it’s about consistency.
