Why I Practice Yoga
For me, yoga is more than just poses. It helps connect mind, body, and soul, and honestly, it’s saved me on tough days. Discipline matters more than motivation - showing up when you least feel like it is when the real change happens.
What to Expect in My Classes
- I teach both traditional yoga sessions and power yoga workouts.
- On the mat, we go through flows that build real strength in your core, back, arms, and legs. Expect better balance, flexibility, and a clear head after class.
- My aerial yoga for beginners is all about using a hammock to support you. It’s a mix of gentle flexibility yoga and play - you feel light, supported, and get a deep stretch even if you’re stiff or totally new.
- Wear comfy, fitted clothes that cover arms and legs. Ditch jewelry so it doesn’t catch.
More Than Just Exercise
You’re not just coming for the workout - you’re joining a group that supports each other. I offer group, duet, and solo sessions. The vibe’s always chill and friendly, with people of all levels.
