About Pilates
Why Pilates with Us Feels Different
For me, Pilates isn’t just a bunch of stretches or a sweaty workout. It’s the one thing that always helps me hit reset, no matter if I’m having a great day or feeling down. Every session is about checking in with your body and mind - honestly, it gets pretty addictive.
What We Believe
Movement should feel good, not forced. I focus on mindful movement, following the six OG Pilates principles: concentration, control, centering, flow, precision, and breath. When everything clicks, you walk out feeling light, strong, and just... better.
Who’s Pilates For? (Short answer: Everyone)
No, you don’t need to touch your toes or have a ‘Pilates body’. We get people of all ages, sizes, and experience levels. Safe space, always. You just show up - I’ll handle the rest.
How I Teach
Want that group vibe? Our Reformer Pilates classes bring energy and community - plus, the machines make it fun. Prefer solo time or have special goals? Private sessions are tailored, whether you’re new, rehabbing an injury, or just want more focus. I do both the Classical Pilates method and a more modern twist, so you get options.
More Than Just a Studio
Our space is comfy and spotless, kitted out with top-notch gear (Reformer, Wunda Chair, Cadillac - the works). My team? Super passionate, certified, and always hands-on with advice.
What Changes
Stick with it - first you’ll feel the difference, then you’ll start seeing it. And before you know it, you’ll be moving like a new person.

My Story
Hey, we’re Corefit Plus. Started with just one studio, now we’ve got a bunch across Delhi and Noida. Why? Because everyone deserves a spot to move and feel good, yaar. Our studios? Think of them as your chill zone - like dropping by a friend’s house, but with Pilates. We’ve seen everything from mamas-to-be smashing Prenatal Pilates classes to folks in their 60s finding new energy. For us, this is home, recovery, and me-time all rolled into one.
My Work
Pilates & More - We do group and private Pilates, Reformer Pilates, Classical & Contemporary styles, Prenatal Pilates classes, rowing, and Red light therapy sessions.
How We Roll - Form over speed, always. We focus on mindful movement studio vibes—breath, control, flow—so you get strong from the inside out.
All Are Welcome - Beginner, pro, pregnant, injured, 60 or 16, doesn’t matter. Just show up. Shaking? Good sign, means it’s working.
