About Kids Yoga: Fun, Focus & Flexibility
Our batches are intentionally kept small—typically 8 to 12 kids—so your child actually gets personal attention to fix their form, rather than just following a teacher on a stage. Whether they are practicing animal-themed asanas or navigating balance beams to improve coordination, they are learning in a non-competitive space where they feel safe to stumble, laugh, and try again.
More Than Just Stretching
We don't believe in rigid, silent classes for children. At our Rajouri Garden studio, we teach yoga through storytelling, animal mimicry, and interactive games.
