Single Trial Session

- One-time entry to a single group class (Yoga or Meditation).

Our Approach
Yoga here isn’t about twisting yourself into pretzel shapes and showing off. It’s about celebrating your body, finding some calm, and having masti (fun) with others. I believe exercise should be full-on enjoyment, not punishment. Our vibe is simple: more stretching, less stressing.
What Happens in Class
- Group yoga classes where energy stays high and the support is real. You’ll find asanas (yoga poses) for all levels, from easy stretches to Boat Pose, and if you’re new, I promise you won’t feel lost.
- Mindfulness meditation sessions, lights dimmed and distractions out, so you can actually switch off and recharge. It’s all about helping you de-stress and bring some peace back.
- Flexibility improvement exercises using blocks and stools. We dig deep into stretches to help your body loosen up and move better.
Who Fits In Here
Honestly, everyone. Whether you’re just starting out or just want to chill, you’ll find your space. Beginners, fit-moms, those wanting better posture or less stress - sab aate hain yahan (everyone comes here).
Timings
Morning batches run 8-9 AM for yoga and meditation, and 9-10 AM for another round of yoga. I try to keep timings flexible because I know life can get busy.
