About Outdoor Sessions: Yoga in Nature
Practicing outdoors is not just about the scenic view. The slightly uneven ground naturally engages your stabilizer muscles more than a studio floor, turning every balance pose into a deeper challenge. It is raw, refreshing, and helps you break out of your regular fitness routine.
Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self, and sometimes that journey is better taken in the park. At Coreflex, we love moving our practice outside because it changes everything. When you are in the open, the connection to your breath becomes deeper. The fresh air clears the head, and the group energy is just different.
We organize these sessions in Rajouri Garden to get our tribe out of the basement studio and under the sun. You will notice that holding asanas like Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose) or even just standing in Tadasana feels more grounding when you are on natural soil.
Expect a mix of Hatha and Vinyasa flows. Yes, the ground is uneven, and yes, that is part of the fun. It forces you to focus, engages your core, and improves your balance in ways that a flat mat cannot. Plus, it is a great way to meet the community. We keep our groups small, so you still get that personalized form correction you are used to with us. Come catch the morning sun, breathe, and find your calm with the rest of the tribe.
