- Flooring: Shock-absorbent laminate wooden flooring for impact protection.
- Equipment: Usage of aerobic steppers, vinyl dumbbells (1kg-5kg), and slam balls.
- Amenities: Air-conditioned studio, changing room access, and open cubby storage.
Monthly Unlimited Membership

- Validity: 30 days of unlimited class attendance.

I’m all about turning boring workouts into full-on celebrations. No treadmill staring contests here - just music, movement, and a place to let loose, whether you’re a pro or just starting out. Fitness for me isn’t about punishment, it’s about finding that apna groove (your own vibe) and feeling genuinely good.

Pick from Zumba workout party sessions that honestly feel more like a dance floor than a gym, Bhangra dance exercise classes for those who want desi beats, or quick HIIT for cardio endurance if you just want to sweat it out, get strong, and bounce. I mix things up with steppers, slam balls, and weights so you’re not stuck doing the same moves every time.

My Story
We’re Coreflex, not your typical fitness studio. It’s small, feels like home, and you’ll catch us saying: yeh yoga ka class nahi, safar hai… apne aap tak! (This isn’t a class, it’s a journey to yourself!) Here, movement’s our therapy. Some days you’ll groan through the burn, other days you’ll laugh and fall over, but we’re all in it together.
