Studio & Process
- Environment: Semi-private basement studio avoiding the crowds of commercial gyms.
- Booking: Strict appointment-based slots with no walk-ins.
- Guidance: Includes basic goal setting and body measurement tracking.
Private Reformer Pilates
Core Training Scope
- Duration: 55 to 60 minutes.
- Equipment: Exclusive use of Pilates Reformer, Cadillac (Trapeze Table), and Spine Corrector.
- Focus Areas: Deep core activation, spinal alignment, and flexibility.
- Customization: Adaptable for specific needs including rehab (back pain), prenatal/postpartum, or athletic flexibility.
Instructor & Facility
- Expertise: Senior-level certified trainer providing hands-on tactile cueing for precision.
- Technique: Real-time spring tension adjustment to match client strength levels.
- Hygiene: Grip socks are mandatory; equipment is sanitized after every user.
Partner Training (Duo Session)
Session Structure
- Ratio: 1 Trainer to 2 Clients.
- Duration: 60 minutes.
- Activity: Synchronized Reformer Pilates or Partner Functional drills (e.g., medicine ball passes).
- Programming: Exercises modified to suit the fitness levels of both individuals.
Amenities
- Setup: Dedicated station or Reformer provided for each partner.
- Scheduling: Both participants must book the same slot together.
EMS Training (Electric Muscle Stimulation)

- Time: 20 minutes active workout plus 10 minutes for prep and cooldown.
- Gear: FDA/CE cleared full-body EMS suit with electrodes.
