Yoga at Zingara Studio: More Than Just a Workout
For us, yoga isn’t just about bending or sweating - it’s a way of living. Every class is about finding that quiet inside your head, getting stronger, and connecting with what’s real for you. We mix movement and mindfulness practice, so you leave feeling switched on, calm, and just... better.
What We Offer
- Aerial Yoga Class: This is where you’ll see me most fired up. With silk hammocks, you get to stretch, fly, and decompress. It’s tougher than it looks, but also a huge mood booster. People say their backs feel lighter and their confidence shoots up.
- Traditional Mat Yoga: We keep it simple but strong. Power yoga for those who want to sweat and build core strength yoga skills. Flow yoga is slower, perfect for anyone starting out or just wanting to breathe and move.
- Kids Yoga Workshop: Our Bal Sanskar classes mix games and stories so kids learn about their bodies, focus better, and have fun. If you’ve got little ones, this is a good way to get them moving and mindful.
Who Can Join?
Doesn’t matter if you’re a total newbie, someone post-pregnancy, or just want to mix things up. We’ve got space for everyone - you can go at your own pace, and we tweak things so it fits you.

My Story
Hey, I’m Neha from Zingara Studio. Started this place to be more than a gym, yaar – wanted it to feel like home, like family. I’m into energy healing, Pilates, and believe wellness is inside-out, not just outside. We mix serious workouts with meditation and trips to the hills – think sunrise hikes, sound healing, even paragliding! My tribe? They’re my people. Watching them grow, move, laugh – that’s why I do this.
My Work
All-in-one Wellness Classes - We do Pilates (mat, reformer, bar), Power Yoga, Aerial Yoga, Animal Flow classes, Zumba, Strength & Conditioning, plus Sound Healing and Dance Movement Therapy.
Mind-Body Healing Retreats - Join our wellness retreats for meditation, sunrise hikes, and deep mind-body healing. It’s about finding your own peace.
Community Vibes - Once you join, you’re part of the Zingara Tribe. We support, laugh, and grow together – no one’s left out.
Fitness for All Ages - Kids, adults, seniors – everyone’s welcome! We even run aerial yoga for kids and special summer camps.
