This collection showcases what we do best at our Rajouri Garden studio. We are not a high-volume, intimidating gym where you get lost in the crowd. Instead, we focus on movement as therapy.
For our Aerial Yoga enthusiasts, you will see how we use silks to decompress the spine and build deep core strength. If you prefer the ground, our Mat Yoga sequences focus on Hatha and Vinyasa alignment, using props like blocks and wheels to make advanced asanas accessible for every body.
