Your body is your temple, and I treat it that way. Therapeutic yoga with us is not about doing fancy poses - it's about real healing and learning to listen to your own body. Like Guruji Iyengar said, yoga helps you cure what can be cured and build strength to handle what can't.
I use Iyengar therapeutic yoga methods with a bunch of props - ropes, chairs, blocks, bolsters, straps. These aren’t shortcuts, they’re ways to make every pose work for you, whether you have stiff joints, an old injury, or you're just starting out. The wall and ropes help for spinal decompression, and chairs make backbends possible without strain.
Sessions go past just asanas. I include pranayama like Anulom Vilom and Bhramari for calming, kriyas like Jal Neti for cleansing, and meditation techniques for focus.
Healing is slow. I’ll often say, "Ruko, thoda time lagega" (Hold, it takes time). We go at your pace - no rush, just steady progress. Chalo, let's start this together.

My Work
Yoga for Everyone - We offer Ashtanga, Hatha, Iyengar yoga with props, Vinyasa, Power Yoga, Medical Yoga for orthopedic issues, group and personal classes, plus online sessions.
Teaching Style - Alignment is key here. We use ropes, blocks, chairs, all that Iyengar stuff. Thoda time lagega (it takes time), but you’ll feel the difference.
Who Can Join - Beginners, advanced, pregnancy yoga (Garbh Sanskar), kids yoga, and anyone with health concerns. Totally inclusive space.
Holistic Wellness - We go beyond asanas - pranayam, sound healing meditation, and our dietician helps with nutrition.
