Standard 3-Day Weekly Membership

Yoga at our studio is about connection - with yourself, with others, and with the moment. We call ourselves a tribe because we show up for each other, not just for the poses but for the journey of Swadhyay (self-growth). The work you do on the mat helps you handle life off the mat. Sometimes it’s tough, sometimes it’s freeing, but it’s always real.
How Our Classes Flow
Most days, we mix Hatha yoga sessions and Ashtanga Vinyasa. Classes kick off with warm-ups and Surya Namaskar, then we move through postures and wrap up with relaxation. You’ll find space to move, breathe, and just be yourself.
Beyond Just Asanas
We go deeper than the physical stuff. Every class blends:
- Pranayama (breathwork) to calm your mind and boost energy
- Dhyana (meditation) for mental clarity
- Mantra chanting for focus and connection
Yoga for All Bodies
Doesn’t matter if you’re new or have been practicing for years. We’ve got certified teachers who guide you at your pace. Props like blocks and belts are always around - not a shortcut, just tools to help you get the pose right. Yoga for beginners is as welcome as advanced breakdowns.

Join us in-studio at Andheri West, or try our online yoga classes from home. We offer personal training, private group yoga in Andheri, Malad, Bandra, and special batches like yoga for seniors and Yoga + Strength fusion.

My Story
Namaste, I’m Ajinkya. This sheher ki bhagdaud wali life (city rush) leaves us all tired, hai na? That’s why I started The Yoga Tribe Studio - to give folks a place to just breathe, slow down, and find their own rhythm again. Doesn’t matter if you’re a yoga pro or can barely touch your toes, yahan sab welcome hai (everyone’s welcome here). For me, yoga is about real life, not just fancy poses. Come, join the tribe. Let’s grow together.

What We Offer - Group yoga classes, 1-on-1 sessions, weekend workshops, yoga retreats in Rishikesh, sound healing, studio rental, and society group classes.
Open to All - Never done yoga? No stress. We guide everyone, from total beginners to those chasing handstands. Special batch for senior citizens too.
