Standard Monthly Pass (3 Days/Week)
Class Structure
- Frequency: 12 live sessions per month based on a 3 days/week schedule.
- Duration: 60 minutes per session.
- Styles: Rotation of Hatha, Ashtanga, and Iyengar yoga depending on the day.
- Instructor: Sessions led primarily by Abhishek Khurana or senior instructors.
Hybrid Format
- Delivery: Live simulcast of the offline studio class via Google Meet.
- View: Fixed front-view camera angle joining the physical class virtually.
- Feedback: Verbal corrections provided via screen monitoring.
- Language: Instruction is a mix of English and Hindi.
Unlimited Access Monthly Pass
Access Benefits
- Frequency: Unlimited access up to 26 sessions per month (Mon to Sat).
- Flexibility: Priority to switch between Morning (6 AM to 10:30 AM) and Evening (4 PM to 8 PM) batches.
- Weekend: Includes Saturday morning intensive flow or technique workshops.
Advanced Curriculum
- Scope: Includes dedicated segments for Pranayama breathwork, meditation, and cleansing Kriyas guidance.
- Progression: Focus on advanced asanas and inversions like Headstands using wall support.
- Community: Inclusion in the studio broadcast list for schedule updates.
Single Session Drop-In
Session Details
- Access: Entry to one scheduled group batch subject to slot availability.

About Online Classes
My Approach
For me, yoga is more than bending and stretching. I truly believe our body is a temple (mandir hai yeh), and we honour it with patience and practice. In class, you'll hear me say ruko (hold) often, because it’s not just about doing the asana, it’s about becoming it. Thoda time lagega (it’ll take some time) – but we get there, together.
What Online Classes Are Like
You can join from anywhere and still feel the vibe of our Mumbai studio. The energy of practicing together, even virtually, is real. Folks from Delhi to Dubai and even the US log in. It’s a proper interactive online yoga community. We stream live, so you get instant feedback and support.
On the Mat
We mix things up:
- Ashtanga & Vinyasa for strength and flow
- Hatha for alignment
- Iyengar for precision, props and all
- Medical/Therapeutic Yoga for back pain, stress, and more
Every session includes asanas, pranayama (like Kapalbhati), some meditation, sometimes sound healing or facial yoga. We go beyond just the physical.
Who Can Join
Beginners, pros, anyone curious. I guide every batch myself. You move at your own pace. No judgment, just encouragement.

My Story
Hey, I'm Abhishek Khurana. Body Temple Yoga Studio started six years back, and honestly, it’s like a second home. We’re not just about yoga poses – it’s chai, laughs, sharing stories, and sometimes lunch after class. Folks from Mumbai, London, Poland, all sorts join in. People call me 'celebrity trainer' but I’m just here to guide, not show off. My mantra? Be inspired, not proud. Let’s grow together, one breath at a time.
My Work
Yoga for Everyone - We offer Ashtanga, Hatha, Iyengar yoga with props, Vinyasa, Power Yoga, Medical Yoga for orthopedic issues, group and personal classes, plus online sessions.
Teaching Style - Alignment is key here. We use ropes, blocks, chairs, all that Iyengar stuff. Thoda time lagega (it takes time), but you’ll feel the difference.
Who Can Join - Beginners, advanced, pregnancy yoga (Garbh Sanskar), kids yoga, and anyone with health concerns. Totally inclusive space.
Holistic Wellness - We go beyond asanas - pranayam, sound healing meditation, and our dietician helps with nutrition.
