Training Specifics
- 60 minutes of dedicated 1 on 1 instruction.
- Tiered pricing based on Senior Instructor or Head Trainer selection.
- Integration of Swiss balls and weighted sandbags for rehabilitation.
- Custom sequencing for weight loss, thyroid issues, or orthopedic rehab.
Home Personal Training (Solo)
Service Scope
- Trainer travels to client home within Bandra to Vile Parle zone.
- 60 minute session duration managed by certified instructors.
- Flexible scheduling for morning or evening slots.
Workout Format
- Mat based Hatha, Vinyasa, or Power Yoga flows.
- Bodyweight functional drills including squats, push ups, and planks.
- Usage of light portable props like belts and foam blocks carried by the trainer.
- Note: Does not include access to wall ropes or heavy studio apparatus.
Couple Home Training (2 Pax)
Cost Efficiency
- Strictly for 2 participants training together in one slot.
- Effective per person cost drops to approximately ₹400 to ₹500.
- Single invoice billing for the pair.
Session Dynamics
- Partner assisted deep stretching and spinal twists.
- Synchronized flows and competitive functional drills.
- Instructor divides attention and tactile cues between two people.
- Requires sufficient floor space for two yoga mats placed side by side.

My Approach: Your Body is Sacred
I see your body as your mandir (temple), not just a machine to work out. My sessions are a mix of movement, stillness, and yes, a bit of waiting it out till you feel that shift inside. You won’t just see the change, you’ll feel it. Sometimes I might say, "Ruko, alignment sahi karo" (Hold, get your alignment right), because I’m big on patience and precision.
What We’ll Work On
Every plan is made just for you - whether you’re a total newbie or someone who can already balance on one arm. We can chase goals like:
- Weight loss and building lean muscle
- Flexibility and balance that actually stick
- Core strength and a happier spine
- Stress relief and mental clarity
- Advanced moves, inversions, or arm balances
- Yoga for injury recovery if you need something gentler
How We Train
It’s not just yoga. We mix in functional fitness training, props (think chairs, ropes, bolsters, swiss balls), and old-school breathing and meditation. Ashtanga, Hatha, Power - you’ll get a taste of what works best for you.

You can join me at my studio in Santacruz West, or I’ll come to your place if you’re nearby (Khar, Bandra, Juhu, Vile Parle, Andheri, Pali Hill, South Mumbai). Male and female trainers available. Want to bring a buddy? I do small private groups too.

My Story
Hey, I'm Abhishek Khurana. Body Temple Yoga Studio started six years back, and honestly, it’s like a second home. We’re not just about yoga poses – it’s chai, laughs, sharing stories, and sometimes lunch after class. Folks from Mumbai, London, Poland, all sorts join in. People call me 'celebrity trainer' but I’m just here to guide, not show off. My mantra? Be inspired, not proud. Let’s grow together, one breath at a time.
My Work
Yoga for Everyone - We offer Ashtanga, Hatha, Iyengar yoga with props, Vinyasa, Power Yoga, Medical Yoga for orthopedic issues, group and personal classes, plus online sessions.
Teaching Style - Alignment is key here. We use ropes, blocks, chairs, all that Iyengar stuff. Thoda time lagega (it takes time), but you’ll feel the difference.
Who Can Join - Beginners, advanced, pregnancy yoga (Garbh Sanskar), kids yoga, and anyone with health concerns. Totally inclusive space.
Holistic Wellness - We go beyond asanas - pranayam, sound healing meditation, and our dietician helps with nutrition.
