I’m not here to run a regular yoga class. My sessions of Yoga Therapy are about tuning in to your breath and clearing out the noise in your head. Most of us don’t realise - breath is life, and most problems start when we forget this simple truth. I focus more on how you breathe, not just what pose you’re doing.

The Real Reason Behind Every Move

I care about why you’re practicing, not just how it looks. For me, it’s not about touching your toes or twisting into a pretzel. Spine seedha hona chahiye, energy upar flow kare toh sahi yoga hota hai (The spine should be straight, energy flows upward - that’s real yoga). If the basics aren’t right, energy gets stuck.

Here’s what you get from my sessions:

  • Pranayama for anxiety - calming breathwork like Bhramari
  • Detox and focus - simple spinal twists and gentle stretches
  • Facing fears - building inner strength, not just muscles
  • Restorative yoga for insomnia - practices to help you sleep better

How I Guide You

I make sure your practice fits your body. In groups or solo, I adjust and support you, using props like blocks, straps, even rope walls. Props use karne mein koi sharam nahi; asli benefit lene ke liye support zaroori hai (No shame in using props; support is needed for real benefit). Breath-centered yoga techniques are always in focus. Every move is synced with how you inhale and exhale - it’s the anchor.

My aim: help you find strength and calm you didn’t know you had.

My Story

NaMaHsTeY! I'm not your regular admin type, I'm a teacher through and through. I see students doubting themselves all the time, and honestly, my job is to believe in them even more than they do. Every student’s got something inside, waiting to be found. That’s why our yoga teacher training is about self-understanding first, course material second. Yoga for me is body, mind, spirit - all together. My motto? Unleash, Align, Unite.
