This is an advanced posture using our rope wall system to build incredible core strength and spinal alignment. With proper guidance and support, we help you work towards poses that decompress the spine and strengthen the entire body, a key part of our therapeutic approach.
Here, I am assisting a student with a supported backbend using a chair. This demonstrates how we adapt poses for every age and body, making the therapeutic benefits of yoga accessible to all, especially for managing joint pain and improving mobility.

It was a pleasure to welcome our friends from London and Warwick to the studio. They found great relief for a stiff back through our wall yoga and rope techniques, highlighting how our methods offer tangible results for visitors from all over the world.
Here, a student practices Jal Neti, a traditional yoga kriya for cleansing the nasal passages. Our practice goes beyond just asanas; we incorporate cleansing and breathing techniques to promote complete well-being from the inside out.

At Body Temple, you’ll often hear me say, "Ruko (Hold), thoda time lagega (it will take some time)." This isn't just an instruction; it’s our approach to real healing. We don’t force the body into shapes. Instead, we use ropes, blocks, and chairs to support you, allowing your spine to decompress and your joints to find natural alignment at their own pace.

Why We Use Props
Many people think props like walls, ropes, and chairs are shortcuts. They aren't. They are tools for precision.
- Wall Ropes (Kurunta): These allow for spinal traction and help you hold inversions safely, which is excellent for spinal decompression.
- Chairs & Bolsters: These help us isolate and strengthen specific muscle groups, making backbends and twists achievable without straining your joints.
