About Our Yoga Family: In-Studio & Online

In my classes, you will often hear me say, 'Ruko, thoda time lagega.' This is because we do not rush through postures. Whether you are on your mat in our Santacruz studio or practicing from your living room, my focus is on giving you the same hands-on guidance and alignment corrections to make your practice safe and effective.

Yoga is more than just stretching or getting a workout. At Body Temple, we focus on building a community where we share stories, laughter, and serious practice.

My approach is rooted in Iyengar methods, which means we prioritize alignment above all else. I believe that props—like chairs, wall ropes, and blocks—are essential tools that help every body, regardless of age or fitness level, achieve a posture safely.
