Why I Teach Yoga Therapy
For me, yoga is freedom - not just stretching or poses, but freeing your body from pain and all those hidden bandhan (bondages). If you’re stuck with chronic pain or scared to move because of an old injury, I get it. I’ve been there myself. A shoulder injury kept me out for a year, but I rebuilt my strength and confidence using alignment based yoga therapy. Today, I do handstands with zero pain.
How We Tackle Pain & Injuries
I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all. We go deep, finding the root cause of your pain, not just the surface. Here’s what we do:
- Real pain relief: We use unique sequences that focus on yoga therapy for postural correction. Most neck, back, shoulder pain is from bad posture, so we start with fixing that.
- Safe practice for injuries: You’ll get step-by-step guidance, hands-on adjustments, and learn safe yoga for old injuries. Ropes, blocks, belts - these props make tough poses safe, even if you’re scared or unsure.
- Confidence builder: I’ll even teach you how to fall safely during inversions. Fear goes out the window.
Tailored Sessions for Your Needs
Every body has its own issues. PCOD, sinus, asthma, hormonal troubles, stiff joints - we’ve worked with all these. Private sessions mean you get a plan for your exact needs. Pranayama and breathwork for healing are always included, because body and mind heal together.

My Story
