My Story
Hey, I'm Abhishek Khurana. Body Temple Yoga Studio started six years back, and honestly, it’s like a second home. We’re not just about yoga poses – it’s chai, laughs, sharing stories, and sometimes lunch after class. Folks from Mumbai, London, Poland, all sorts join in. People call me 'celebrity trainer' but I’m just here to guide, not show off. My mantra? Be inspired, not proud. Let’s grow together, one breath at a time.
My Work
Yoga for Everyone - We offer Ashtanga, Hatha, Iyengar yoga with props, Vinyasa, Power Yoga, Medical Yoga for orthopedic issues, group and personal classes, plus online sessions.
Teaching Style - Alignment is key here. We use ropes, blocks, chairs, all that Iyengar stuff. Thoda time lagega (it takes time), but you’ll feel the difference.
Who Can Join - Beginners, advanced, pregnancy yoga (Garbh Sanskar), kids yoga, and anyone with health concerns. Totally inclusive space.
Holistic Wellness - We go beyond asanas - pranayam, sound healing meditation, and our dietician helps with nutrition.
