The practice is simple: you lie down, get cozy, and let the vibrations from Tibetan singing bowls do their thing. The sound isn’t just in your ears, it travels through your whole body. You can actually feel the energy shifting - matlab, like a deep cleanse for your chakras.
What Happens in a Session
- You’ll settle in with cushions and an eye pillow, maybe some light breathing to help you tune in.
- I’ll place bowls around you (sometimes even on your body) and start the sound journey.

My Story
Hey, I’m Meher – founder of Yoga Connect. I trained at Sivananda and picked up sound healing in Rishikesh. Took a detour to Melbourne, but honestly, couldn’t stay away from teaching yoga. So now I’m back in Delhi, dogs (Leo and Lyraa) and all, teaching from my studio. My mat’s my happy place, and I believe yoga can heal anyone. Join me, let’s just breathe, move, and find some peace together.
