My themed mindfulness group sessions are all about finding calm in the middle of chaos. Full moon guided meditation, for example, is where people say they finally let go of anxiety and sleep better. We talk, we breathe, we use simple ways to get the mind-body connection going. No pressure to sit still like a saint.

It’s not about being perfect. Chhoti-si aadat, lekin badi sehat ki shuruat (Small habit, big health change). Beginners, pros, I mix everyone up and keep it chill. You just need an open mind - the rest comes.

I’m the person behind Lakshay Power Yoga. My own life used to be a mad rush, full of deadlines and tension, till yoga happened. Dheere dheere (slowly), I saw it’s not just exercise, it’s breathing, it’s finding peace when everything’s noisy. Shaant mann, saaf soch — yahi asli shakti hai (calm mind, clear thoughts — real strength). Now, I help others find their balance. Health isn’t a luxury, it’s basic. My lakshay (goal) is to guide you to your own inner power.
