My Way of Practicing Mindfulness
We don't just sit in silence. Sessions go a bit deeper. I mix traditional mindfulness techniques for stress relief with a practical approach you can feel in your daily routine. You’ll notice more calm, and maybe discover a side of yourself you forgot was there.
What We Actually Do

- Pranayama breathing exercises like Nadi Shodhana to boost lung health and chill your nerves
- Yoga Nidra relaxation for total mind-body switch-off (honestly, it’s a different level of rest)
- Chakra balancing meditation - we work on saare chakras (all chakras) for that energy kick and feeling centered

Aatmspand Yoga Center - yeh mera dil hai (this is my heart). 'Aatmspand' means soul vibration, and that’s what we’re about. Two years, lots of celebrations, from Diwali to New Year, and folks joining from everywhere - Germany, New York, sab log (everyone). It’s not just yoga, it’s family. Together we search for peace, for that inner connection. God’s grace, really. You’ll find your own spiritual journey here, with us.
