Tibetan Sound Healing & Chakra Workshop
Session Format
- Setting: Group session held in the main hall; participants lie on standard yoga mats in Savasana.
- Facilitator: Led personally by Master Sudhir Chaudhary (Reiki Grand Master).
- Duration: Approximately 2 to 3 hours.
Acoustic Therapy
- Instruments: Live playing of brass/alloy Tibetan Singing Bowls creating 432Hz vibrations.
- Technique: Sound wave vibration therapy and guided visualization targeting the 7 Chakras.
Additional Elements
- Preparation: Deep breathing techniques (Pranayama) to settle the body.
- Meditation: Guided Yoga Nidra (deep sleep meditation) for subconscious relaxation.
- Closure: Post-session debrief regarding the experience.
Therapeutic Dry Cupping
Treatment Protocol
- Technique: Dry Cupping using plastic vacuum cups (suction only, no incisions/bloodletting).
- Consultation: Brief assessment of pain points focusing on back, cervical, or sciatic issues.
Procedure
- Preparation: Application of therapeutic oil to skin to facilitate seal.
- Application: Static placement of cups on meridian points to release fascia and stimulate flow.
Setting
- Location: Performed on a yoga mat within the general studio space (functional setting).
- Target Areas: Upper back, lower back, or legs depending on the specific ailment.
1-on-1 Reiki & Healing Session
Facilitation
- Access: Exclusive 1-on-1 time with Master Sudhir Chaudhary.
- Focus: Personalized discussion regarding physical trauma (sciatica/PCOD) or emotional blockages.
Healing Modalities
- Energy Work: Reiki healing sessions involving touch or near-touch energy transfer.
- Counseling: Yogic lifestyle guidance based on Tridosha concepts (diet/sleep adjustments).
- Mantra: Prescription of specific mantras for mental stability.

- Privacy: Conducted in a quiet corner of the studio.
- Props: Usage of bolsters or straps for restorative positioning if required.

- Meditation & mindfulness meditation guidance: Learn to quiet your mind, use mantra chanting, and simple pranayama (like Anulom-Vilom) to feel calm. We also use mudras to channel prana (energy) and find emotional balance.
- Sound & energy healing: Experience Tibetan singing bowls and Reiki energy balancing. These help clear emotional blockages, align your chakras, and bring deep relaxation. As a Reiki Grand Master, I focus on restoring your energy where it's needed most.
- Cupping therapy: For those who feel their body is holding on to tension or toxins, cupping helps relieve pain, improve blood flow, and even helps with better sleep.

This is not a place for shortcuts. Wellness takes time, patience, and commitment. I don't offer magic, just honest, holistic healing practices rooted in real experience. You'll find a mix of ancient tradition and simple, practical guidance here.

My Story
People ask about our journey, so here goes. Yeh kahani ek sachchi ghatna par hai (this story is true). For us, yoga and meditation pulled us out from darkness. Satya ke marg par (on truth’s path), you find peace inside—not just by sitting, but by diving deep. Jahaan shaanti hai, wahaan aatma se milan hota hai (where there’s peace, there’s union with soul). That’s why we started Adi Anant Yoga Studio. It’s not just a studio, it’s a spiritual home. Shiva’s energy flows here. This is our way to help you heal, body-mind-spirit.

Our yoga style - We teach traditional Hatha Yoga, asanas for all levels, pranayama, and mudras to balance energy.

Studio specials - Every Friday: 108 Surya Namaskar. We mix yoga with Hindu Dand, weight training for full-body fitness.
