About Sound Bath & Vibrational Healing
You do not need to perform any asanas or hold any difficult poses for this. In these sessions, you lie down on a comfortable mattress while I use Tibetan singing bowls and chimes to create vibrations that resonate with your body. Many participants tell me they feel an immediate release of physical tension in their shoulders and lower back, almost like their muscles are finally letting go of the day's stress.
We hold these sessions in a dedicated, air-conditioned basement studio in Shalimar Bagh. It is quiet, dimly lit, and the artificial grass flooring provides a grounding base for your experience. When we place the singing bowls near or on your body, the vibrations are not just sounds you hear. They are frequencies that interact with your energy field. Think of it as a massage for your aura.
What to expect

We keep our group cohorts small, usually 8 to 12 people, so everyone gets a quiet, focused environment. We provide individual mats, bolsters, and eye masks. You do not need to bring anything. Whether you are dealing with burnout or just feeling heavy, these 75-minute sessions are designed to give you that much-needed pause.
