As our elders say, 'Pehla sukh nirogi kaya' (the first happiness is a healthy body). My classes combine asanas (postures) for strength and flexibility with pranayama (breathing techniques) to calm the mind and improve focus.

Guided Meditation for Inner Peace

My guided meditation sessions are designed to help you manage daily stress, anxiety, and sleeplessness. I offer a variety of techniques including mindfulness, Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep), and special meditations for the Full Moon and New Moon.

Beyond regular classes, I offer focused workshops on powerful techniques like Access Bars to release limiting beliefs and Pranic Healing to cleanse your aura. I also hold special camps for children to build concentration and calmness from a young age.
