My elders always said, 'Pehla sukh nirogi kaya' (the first happiness is a healthy body). Join me to align your body and mind through daily asana and breathwork.

This is me, Karuna, in a moment of deep meditation in the Himalayas. I believe that connecting with nature is a powerful way to connect with ourselves, and I bring this sense of peace and grounding to every session I guide.

We all know 'Pehla sukh nirogi kaya', but do we take out time for our health? I invite you to make yoga a part of your daily routine, even if it's just for one hour, to achieve true physical and mental wellness.

In this video, I explain the science behind Bhramari Pranayama (the humming bee breath). Just a single humming sound can increase beta waves in the brain, which helps improve concentration and provides relief from headaches and migraines.

Why should we practice pranayama? I answer this question and explain how breathing exercises are essential for relaxing the mind and preparing yourself for a deeper state of meditation.

A participant shares her experience at Aura Yog Centre. She talks about how yoga has not only improved her flexibility but also helped with her back pain, shoulder issues, and concentration power, leaving her feeling energetic all day.

Yoga gives you inner peace. Here I am demonstrating a sequence of asanas in a beautiful green space, showing how movement can lead to stillness and clarity.

A collection of different yoga asanas, from seated meditation poses to deep stretches like Hanumanasana (the splits) and Ustrasana (camel pose). Each posture is a journey towards harmonizing the mind, body, and spirit.

Finding my center in Rishikesh. Here I am in Padmasana (lotus pose) in front of a beautiful mural of Lord Shiva and the seven chakras, connecting to the spiritual energy of this sacred place.

An invitation to celebrate International Yoga Day. I encourage everyone to start their day with a yoga practice to connect with their inner self and find physical and mental fitness.

If you are feeling mental stress, anxiety, or physical discomfort, I invite you to join me. In this video, I talk about how making yoga a part of your daily life can bring both physical and mental health. I offer both online and offline classes from my Aura Yog Centre.

About Yoga & Pranayama for Holistic Health

Many people come to me worried that they aren't 'flexible enough' for yoga, but we don't start with complex poses. In my sessions at Aura Yog Centre, we use props and modifications to ensure your body feels safe, focusing specifically on relieving cervical and back pain while slowly building your capacity.
