About Our Journeys & Retreats
When we head to Rishikesh, it is not just about the scenic views. We keep our retreat cohorts small, usually 8 to 12 people, so I can personally guide your practice. Whether it is a full moon ritual or a sound bath, we focus on the energy of the space to help you release deep-seated stress that is difficult to shake off in the city.
