My Take on Holistic Wellness
Wellness, for me, isn’t just about feeling good physically. It’s a full-on lifestyle shift, connecting mind and body, the seen and unseen, Shiva-Shakti style. At Zingara Studio, I designed these sessions for folks looking to glow up from the inside, and not just on the surface.
What’s Inside a Session
Modern life gets heavy. My space is for dropping the baggage, finding peace, and tuning into your higher self. Each session is about real change, not just a quick fix.
- Sound bath therapy is my main jam. You lie down, let Tibetan Singing Bowls, gongs, and chimes do their thing. It’s like a soul massage - nothing like a concert, totally immersive.
- Expect less stress, better focus, maybe even relief from aches or energetic blockages. Sometimes, we do sessions on special astrological days for that extra karmic cleansing edge.
- Meditation here isn’t about emptying your mind, but connecting with your divine self. I work with all ages, and I’m especially passionate about helping kids find calm early on.
Other Ways We Heal
Dance movement therapy pops up in retreats and workshops - think ‘Body Awakening’ to shake off what you don’t need. Our deeper retreats mix in Sacred Circle Ceremonies, breathwork, and Kundalini stuff.

My Story
Hey, I’m Neha from Zingara Studio. Started this place to be more than a gym, yaar – wanted it to feel like home, like family. I’m into energy healing, Pilates, and believe wellness is inside-out, not just outside. We mix serious workouts with meditation and trips to the hills – think sunrise hikes, sound healing, even paragliding! My tribe? They’re my people. Watching them grow, move, laugh – that’s why I do this.
