Wellness Retreats & Flow Fests: Reconnect in Nature
Come as you are. Whether it's a deep-dive retreat or a vibrant Flow Fest, these spaces are designed for you to pause, exhale, and reconnect with your own rhythm.
This is for the woman who needs time for herself without guilt. My women's retreats are a sacred space to feel at home in your body again through yoga, ocean rituals, and deep rest.
We focus on real rest, not just sleep, but soul rest. In our healing circles, you are invited to be yourself fully, held and supported by a sacred community of women.
You don't need to be ready or in a "good place" to join a retreat. You just need to arrive. This is a space for the tender-hearted, for those who have held too much for too long.
A moment of grounding during a Flow Fest. We begin with gentle movements like child's pose to connect with the earth and our breath before exploring more dynamic practices.
A low lunge stretch, or Anjaneyasana, during an outdoor workshop. This pose is excellent for opening the hips and stretching the quadriceps, which is essential preparation for more active movements.
Partner stretches are a key part of my workshops, helping to deepen the release of tension while building trust. Here, I'm guiding participants through an assisted hamstring stretch.
Participants in a deep hip-opening pose, the lizard lunge. This posture is incredibly effective for releasing tightness in the hips, a common area where we store stress.
About this collection
You don’t need to be 'ready' or physically flexible to join these retreats. We keep the group size intentional to ensure the space remains quiet and safe, focusing on restorative practices like sound healing and gentle flow rather than physical performance or achievement.
My approach to retreats and Flow Fests is rooted in the belief that healing doesn't require a checklist. It requires a setting where you can stop performing. Across these experiences, we blend movement, music, and silence to help you reset your nervous system.
What to Expect
Whether we are hosting a multi-day immersive retreat in a nature-rich location like the Andamans or a day-long Flow Fest near Bengaluru, the goal remains the same: deep rest.
- Holistic Movement: We move beyond standard yoga. Depending on the setting, we explore acro yoga, vinyasa, and restorative yin, always tailored to the energy of the group.
- Sound & Silence: Sound healing with singing bowls and chimes is a cornerstone of these experiences. We use vibration to help you move past mental chatter and into a state of calm.
- Community Connection: These aren't solo survival missions. We foster a sense of sisterhood and shared experience. You will find time for group circles, shared meals, and quiet moments of reflection.
Who This Is For
You might be feeling burnt out, navigating a transition, or simply craving space to breathe without the noise of daily life. I design these programs for people who are tired of 'doing' and ready to start 'being.'
From hormonal health support for women to grounding sessions for those who have been holding too much for too long, we keep the programming fluid. You are invited to participate as much or as little as your body needs. If you are curious about our upcoming dates or want to know the specific setting for the next Flow Fest, reach out—I would love to help you find the right space.
