Sound Healing and Deep Relaxation Sessions
Let your nervous system finally exhale with guided sound baths and immersive relaxation sessions in Bengaluru.
During a Sturgeon Moon meditation, I use a large crystal singing bowl to create resonant frequencies that help participants enter a deeper meditative state.
A different angle of the full moon meditation, showing participants resting in Savasana while I facilitate the sound bath. The focus is on receiving the healing vibrations.
Preparing the space for a sound healing session. I use various instruments, including a rainstick and multiple singing bowls, to create a rich tapestry of sound.
A wide view of an intimate group sound healing session. The soft lighting and participants in deep rest create a sanctuary-like atmosphere for healing.
A close-up of some of the tools I use for sound therapy. This includes a variety of Tibetan singing bowls, a mallet, and a tingsha, each with a unique frequency and purpose.
Using Koshi chimes during an outdoor Savasana. The gentle, melodic tones of the chimes are perfect for lulling the mind into a state of peace.
The rainstick is a beautiful instrument that mimics the sound of falling rain. I use it during sound baths to create a soothing, cleansing atmosphere that encourages release.
About this collection
A lot of people come to me because their mind is stuck in a loop and their body feels like it is holding onto everything. In these sessions, we stop the noise. You just lie down, close your eyes, and let the frequencies from the singing bowls and chimes guide your brain into a quieter, slower rhythm that you rarely find on your own.
Deep relaxation is not something you can force, but you can create the right conditions for it. That is what I do with these sound baths. I set up a space—whether it is at my Zen Yoga Shala in Thanisandra, in your living room, or at your office—where you do not have to perform, achieve, or even speak.
We use a combination of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, rainsticks, and Koshi chimes. When I play these, the vibrations are not just audible; you feel them in your chest and bones. It is a physical sensation that helps your nervous system shift out of fight-or-flight mode and into rest-and-digest.
This practice is for everyone. You do not need to be flexible or know anything about yoga. Some people come to me after a high-stress project at work, others are dealing with sleep issues, and some just need a quiet hour to feel human again. I often combine this with gentle breathwork and long, guided Savasana to make sure you leave feeling lighter than when you walked in. If you are curious but unsure if it is for you, just reach out. We can talk about whether a private studio session or a group setting suits your current headspace better.
Ashrita
I am Ashrita. I believe healing happens when you stop trying to fix everything and just give yourself permission to rest. I have spent the last five years holding space for people to do exactly that, using sound and stillness as our guide.
