Sitting in that closing circle, sharing silence and stories, I realised it’s about holding space for people to just be, no masks. I’m Ashrita. I travel, dive, walk farms, chase sunsets. Healing isn’t fancy – it’s feeling safe enough to let go, breathe, and arrive. That’s the real magic I want to pass on.
