How It Works
- Programs are flexible. We can do sessions at your workspace in Bangalore or online for remote teams.
- I offer both mat yoga and chair/desk yoga. No fancy gear needed - even in work clothes, you’ll get stretches that release tension and help reset.
- If you want more than just movement, I run stress reduction workshops and talks: practical stuff like postural health, energy management, and real-world self-care tips.
- For deeper relaxation, I guide breathwork (pranayama) and end some sessions with a sound bath using Tibetan singing bowls and crystal bowls. Teams often say this is the best part.
