About this collection

This isn't just a traditional massage. I use slow, mindful Thai-style assisted stretching to move your body through ranges that you cannot reach on your own. We work on the floor, on a thick mat, allowing me to use my body weight to provide gentle, sustained pressure that releases deep fascia tension and calms your nervous system.

How I Approach Bodywork

My approach to bodywork is based on the idea that your body holds onto your stress. Instead of just focusing on the surface muscles, I work to connect with the deeper layers of tissue and the nervous system. Whether you are dealing with sciatica, tight hips from sitting all day, or just the weight of a long week, this session is designed to help you release that holding pattern.

What Happens in a Session

When you come to my studio in Thanisandra, we start by checking in with how you are feeling that day. There is no standard script. If your lower back is screaming, we spend time there. If your shoulders are locked up, we focus on opening your chest and neck.

We use props like bolsters and straps, but the primary tool is my hands and movement. You will be fully clothed, and I will guide you through stretches, compressions, and gentle twists. It feels like a mix of assisted yoga and passive release. You do not need to do anything but breathe and allow your body to surrender to the movement.
