Step away from the city chaos and find your inner peace. My retreats are about slowing down, breathing, and realigning your mind and body amidst nature’s calm.

This is my personal practice, finding stillness and flow in the mountains. This is the kind of serene environment I seek for my yoga retreats.

A deep stretch with Prasarita Padottanasana, the wide-legged forward bend. This pose calms the mind and stretches the entire back of the body.

Practicing Anjaneyasana, or low lunge, to open the hips and chest. The fresh mountain air makes every breath feel more nourishing.

Holding Virabhadrasana II, or Warrior II pose, with strength and focus. The view of the mountains in the background is incredibly inspiring.
