Yoga & Wellness Retreats: Reconnect in Nature

Step away from the city chaos and find your inner peace. My retreats are about slowing down, breathing, and realigning your mind and body amidst nature’s calm.

This is my personal practice, finding stillness and flow in the mountains. This is the kind of serene environment I seek for my yoga retreats.

Practicing Virabhadrasana I, or Warrior I pose, during a yoga retreat in Dehradun. The beautiful natural surroundings with rice paddies and mountains enhance the experience.

Opening the heart in Viparita Virabhadrasana, or Reverse Warrior pose. Practicing in nature helps us feel more connected and expansive.

A powerful Warrior I pose, feeling grounded in the earth and reaching for the sky. Retreats are a perfect time to deepen your asana practice.

A deep stretch with Prasarita Padottanasana, the wide-legged forward bend. This pose calms the mind and stretches the entire back of the body.

Practicing Anjaneyasana, or low lunge, to open the hips and chest. The fresh mountain air makes every breath feel more nourishing.

Holding Virabhadrasana II, or Warrior II pose, with strength and focus. The view of the mountains in the background is incredibly inspiring.

About this collection

These aren't just holiday trips; they are intentional journeys to reset your nervous system. Whether we are practicing at a riverside in Rishikesh or a hillside villa in Dehradun, the schedule is balanced with asana flows, sound healing sessions to unblock your energy, and plenty of time to just breathe. You don't need to be an expert to join, you just need a desire to return home to yourself.

A Journey Within

When we are in the city, it can be hard to hear our own thoughts. My retreats are designed to help you hit pause. We combine movement, breathwork, and the healing vibrations of Tibetan bowls to help you clear the mental clutter.

What To Expect

Each retreat is curated around the location's energy. In Rishikesh, we often focus on grounding by the Ganga, letting the sound of the river influence our pranayama. In places like Dehradun or Kasauli, the focus shifts to open-air flows where the fresh mountain air helps us stretch deeper.

  • Morning Flows: We start the day with Hatha or Vinyasa to wake up the body.
  • Sound Healing: Evenings are often dedicated to chakra balancing with Tibetan bowls to help you release stress and improve sleep.
  • Community & Connection: It’s not just about yoga; it’s about meeting like-minded people. We share meals, walks, and stories, creating a space where you feel supported.

Why Practice in Nature?

Nature is the best healer, theek hai? (It’s true, right?) When you practice under the sky, your alignment changes. You feel more expansive. The poses like Warrior I or Reverse Warrior feel different when you are looking out at mountains rather than studio walls. It’s a sensory experience that helps you remember that you are part of something much larger.

If you have been feeling drained, stuck, or just in need of a reset, these retreats are your chance to come back to center.
