About Immersive Nature Retreats
Think of these retreats not as a vacation, but as a deliberate pause in your life. You are heading into the wilderness of Coorg or Mudumalai to actually switch off. Expect limited mobile network and a complete break from the screen-heavy grind of city life. My goal is to hold space for you to rest, breathe, and reset through nature and mindful practice.
When I host these retreats, the priority isn't a strict schedule, but a rhythm that mirrors nature. We step away from the concrete of Bengaluru to the coffee estates of Coorg or the forests of Mudumalai, because sometimes, you need a different environment to help your mind shift gears.
My 'Anubhavam' retreats and wellness getaways are built on three pillars: movement, stillness, and sound. We start our mornings with Hatha or Vinyasa yoga as the sun comes up, letting the forest air wake us more gently than an alarm clock. During the day, we explore the woods with guided treks, and as evening falls, we gather for sound baths using Tibetan bowls. These vibrations help quiet the mental chatter that often follows us from our desks.
You might find yourself wondering if you need prior experience to join. Please know that you do not. Whether you are a regular practitioner or someone who has never touched a yoga mat, these sessions are designed to meet you exactly where you are. My role is not to teach perfect poses, but to guide you through a process of letting go.
We keep our batches small to ensure the energy stays grounded and intimate. Accommodations are simple and honest, usually in shared cottages, because the goal is to be comfortable while staying connected to the wilderness around us. We share wholesome, vegetarian meals, talk, and simply allow ourselves to be human again. If you feel pulled to disconnect from your digital life and find a deeper sense of balance, I would be honored to guide you on this path.
