Healing Retreats in Nature: Find Balance with Sound
I believe nature is our greatest healer. These retreats take you away from city noise into quiet mountains and riverside spaces, where we use sound, yoga, and breathwork to help you deeply reconnect with yourself.
A personal moment of meditation on a mountaintop, overlooking a vast valley. Holding a single Tibetan bowl, I connect its vibrations with the expansive energy of the landscape, a practice that recharges the soul.
A tour of a serene mountain village, the location for one of our retreats. The video showcases the misty hills, lush greenery, and the calming presence of our custom-tuned Healing Wind Chimes, which add to the tranquil atmosphere.
"As the still waters of a lake reflect the beauty around it." This video shows me playing Tibetan singing bowls in a lush green field, demonstrating how sound can help quiet the mind to reflect our own inner beauty.
I am excited to announce a collaboration for a spiritual retreat in the sacred city of Varanasi. In this video, I invite you to join us for a four-day journey of mindful yoga, temple visits, and immersive sound baths by the holy Ganga river.
A quiet moment of personal practice by a river in the mountains. Surrounded by my singing bowls, I am absorbing the tranquil energy of the flowing water, a core element of Nada Yoga.
About this collection
Unlike standard wellness getaways, I design these retreats to integrate directly with the natural environment. Whether we are in the mountains of Manali or by the Ganga in Varanasi, we hold sessions in open-air spaces where the ambient sounds of the river or forest blend seamlessly with the vibrations of our singing bowls, helping you sink into silence much faster.
My approach to wellness rests on the idea that the body must be prepared to receive sound. When we practice in nature, we work with the five elements, or Pancha Mahabutas, to restore balance.
Why Nature Matters
In a city studio, you are often fighting background noise. In our mountain retreats, the silence is active. It supports the work of the Tibetan and crystal bowls, allowing the Vagus nerve to settle without resistance. I find that participants who struggle to meditate in the city often find deep stillness within hours of arriving at our riverside or mountain locations.
What We Practice
- Sound Therapy: We use a full setup of symphonic gongs and singing bowls to help you release physical tension.
- Movement: I integrate Hatha Yoga and basic Kalari flows to unlock the body. You do not need to be an athlete; these movements are designed to open energy channels, not build muscle.
- Breathwork: We focus on Pranayama to calm the nervous system, making it easier to enter a state of deep rest.
Who This Is For
These retreats are for anyone feeling depleted. Whether you join our heritage stay in Varanasi to walk the ghats or visit our Himalayan homestay for forest hikes, the goal is the same: to step out of the daily rhythm and return to your own.
